Singer/song writer Domingo Candelario was born in the heart of La
Havana, Cuba. As a child he was greatly influenced and inspired by the
Brazilian music that his parents listened to. He went on to develop his
own unique style within the "Nueva Trova" movement which began in the
late '60s and has its roots in traditional Cuban folk music,
incorporating progressive and often politicized lyrics.
The love is so strong that it burns your inner being and makes your blood boil.
VOICE 1: When you approach slowly, you put honey in my faith, a moon opens in your chest and a window in your skin. Burns of love and blood, a piece of scent in the mind and it's like a look of light and tinsel. If your hands are converted my voice begins to rain. Your lips are the pretext to be able to help. A moment of warm memories CHORUS: Warm memories VOICE 1: That pride and tears shed and it's like nostalgia can't return. And your little waist is like rain on two horizons of coffee. And it is for the encounter of everything the joy of the blue mirror of my maybe the blue mirror of my maybe the blue mirror of my CHORUS: Maybe VOICE 1: Of the blue mirror of my maybe.
VOZ 1: Cuando te acercas despacio,
pones la miel en mi fé,
se abre una luna en tu pecho
y una ventana en tu piel.
Quemaduras de amor y de sangre,
un pedazo de olor en la mente
y es como una mirada
de luz y oropel.
Si se convierten tus manos
mi voz empieza a llover.
Tus labios son el pretexto
para poder socorrer.
Un instante de tibio recuerdos
CORO: Tibios recuerdos
VOZ 1: Que el orgullo y la lágrima vierten
y es como la nostalgia no puede volver.
Y tu cinturita es como la lluvia
en dos horizontes de café.
Y es para el encuentro
de todo la dicha
del espejo azul
de mi
tal vez
el espejo azul
de mi
tal vez
el espejo azul
de mi
CORO: Tal vez
VOZ 1: Del espejo azul
de mí
tal vez.
